Choice Tactical LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates choice-tactical.com, its online store, and the Choice Tactical Suite of mobile applications, including PrecisionLoad, BallisticPlotter, BallisticAnalysis, and BallisticTarget.
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to complete that request, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order details, and message. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we receive payment status and transaction references, not your full card number.
When you join our list through the website's signup offer, we collect your email address and, if you choose to add it, your mobile number, along with the date, time, and wording of the consent you gave. To prevent abuse of the offer, we keep a one-way hash of your network address, not the address itself.
Our applications primarily store user-entered data locally on the user's device. This may include:
We use a first-party analytics system to understand how the website and store perform. It records page paths without query strings, product and cart activity, successful checkout starts, broad device type, country code supplied by our hosting provider, referring website hostname, campaign tags, and time spent on a page.
The system uses a random session identifier stored in your browser's session storage. It does not use an analytics cookie. An abbreviated one-way hash derived from network and browser information rotates each day and is used for rate limiting and aggregate measurement; we do not store the raw network address. Analytics events are retained for up to 400 days.
We use information to fulfill and ship orders, answer messages, send marketing emails to our list and the text messages you signed up for, operate and improve the website and apps, measure marketing performance, provide ballistic analysis, generate charts, prevent abuse, and deliver optional AI-powered insights. We do not sell personal information.
Email. When you join our list through the signup offer, or when you place an order, your email address is added to our list. We email you new product announcements, launch pricing, and other offers, plus your welcome discount code if you joined through the signup offer. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Order and shipping emails are sent regardless, because they are part of your purchase.
Text messages. We send marketing text messages only to people who give express consent by checking the consent box and confirming their number by replying Y. These are recurring automated messages about new products, launch pricing, and discount codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. A phone number you give at checkout is used for your order only; we never send it marketing texts unless you opt in. See our SMS Terms.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your number is shared only with the text-message provider that delivers our messages.
If AI features are used, relevant data may be securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing.
Mobile-app project data is stored locally unless exported by the user or submitted to an optional online feature. Website order and contact records are stored by our service providers for business, support, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
We use service providers including Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Stripe for payment processing and discount codes, Resend for order and marketing email, Twilio for text messages, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for our social media posts. We may also use trusted providers for optional AI processing or crash diagnostics. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.
Choice Tactical posts to its own Facebook Page and Instagram account through Meta's official tools. When you interact with those posts — for example, by commenting a keyword to ask for a product link — we receive the information Meta provides for that interaction: your public name or username, your comment, and the message thread we reply in. We use it only to answer you (such as sending the link you asked for), to measure how our posts perform, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising outside Facebook and Instagram. Post statistics we collect (reach, likes, comments, shares) are counts, not personal profiles.
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you — your email or text sign-up, contact messages, and any Facebook or Instagram interaction data — at any time. Email support@choice-tactical.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the email address, phone number, or Facebook/Instagram name you used. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as order and tax records). To stop all marketing immediately, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any text. To disconnect our app from your Facebook account, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove “Choice Tactical Social.”
Our apps are not directed toward children under 13.
